Who you are working with
I am Ebrahim Montazeri, an AI consultant in Fairfax, Virginia. I have spent more than twenty years across IT leadership, data, education, and my own ventures, and the thread through all of it is the same: take a technology that sounds complicated and turn it into something a busy person can actually use. Today that technology is AI, and small businesses are who I most enjoy handing it to.
I ran a library makerspace as a senior librarian, so I have taught every kind of learner, from kids with soldering irons to retirees with brand-new laptops. Now I teach at the CSM Velocity Center, build at Nova Labs, and spend my week making automation, AI assistants, and dashboards for real businesses. If I would not use a tool in my own work, I will not put it in yours.

Questions owners actually ask
Do I need technical staff for any of this?
No. I build and explain everything in plain language, and anything I hand over comes with instructions your current team can follow. If a tool needs an IT department to survive, I will not recommend it.
Is my business data safe?
We decide together what AI tools may and may not see before anything is set up. Where it matters, I use business-tier tools that do not train on your data, and I put that in writing in the plan.
How long does a project take?
Most automation and dashboard projects take two to six weeks. Training programs usually run two to four sessions. You get a timeline in the written plan before anything starts, and small pieces go live as they finish.
Do you work with businesses outside the DMV?
Yes. I meet clients around Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland in person when it helps, but training and builds work fine over video. Outside the DMV, everything simply happens remotely.
What if I only want the training, not a build?
That is a normal engagement, not a downgrade. Many teams just want their staff using AI well and safely. We run the training, you keep the playbook, and you build on it yourselves.
