Social media engine
Posting on every channel every week is the job small businesses drop first. For DesignerBee, my own maker brand, I built the engine that does it: film a project once, and it becomes a full how-to, short vertical videos, and posts for each platform, captioned, checked, and spread out on a schedule. The same kind of setup works for any owner who wants to show up online without living on their phone.
The posts are public on the DesignerBee channels and blog. Read one of the blog posts (opens in a new tab)

How it works
One shoot, nine posts
The agamograph project went out as a YouTube how-to, three YouTube Shorts, an Instagram Reel, three TikToks, and a LinkedIn page post, plus a blog post, all from one session of filming.
Cut and captioned for each shape
Every video is rendered in two shapes, wide for YouTube and tall for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, with step titles and on-screen captions. The captions come from a speech-to-text model that runs on the laptop, so there is no per-minute fee.
A second read before it posts
An AI reviewer reads the post text before it goes out and can send it back with edits. On one YouTube Short it cut a tracking link and the hashtags and moved the tool link to its own line.
Spread out, not dumped
The scheduler now keeps at least two days between posts on each channel, so a project’s posts do not land in one afternoon, and every planned post is logged.
Clean music
Each video uses a licence-clean track with its credit in the description, so nothing gets taken down later.
Your voice, your accounts
The posts go out on the business’s own pages. Nothing goes to a personal profile without two separate yeses from the owner.
