Case study · Customer messages
Every message answered
A small business loses customers in the inbox: a question sits for three weeks, a correction never gets made, a reply goes out sounding like a form letter. For DesignerBee I built the system that stops that. Every note from the website and every email lands as one card, the safe fixes make themselves, and everything else arrives with the research done and a reply drafted, so the owner only decides.
Shown with every customer’s words, names and emails blurred.

How it works
Nothing slips through
Notes from the feedback button, corrections from the map, and every email to the business address all become cards in one place. The email part was added after a licensing question and a library’s message waited up to three weeks.
Read and researched first
Every four hours, an AI reads each new message and sorts it, and any claim about a library is checked against that library’s own website before anyone looks at it.
Safe fixes make themselves
A correction is applied on its own only when every rule passes, and the rules are checked by code, not by the AI: it is a correction, it matches exactly one listing, it comes from the library’s own email domain, it touches only safe fields, and the AI is confident. Anything else waits for the owner. Every change is logged and can be undone.
Replies drafted and checked
When a reply is needed, it arrives drafted. A checker refuses bounced addresses and form-letter greetings, an AI reviewer edits the tone, and the owner’s one click is the approval.
It learns what is urgent
Mark one message urgent and similar ones (same tool, same kind of problem) come up urgent next time.
Trust you can see
When library staff confirm their own listing from their library’s email, the map shows a "Confirmed by library staff" badge. Sixteen listings carry it, and a person’s name is shown only if they agree.

The button sits on every tool
Built with Python on GitHub Actions for the triage, Claude for reading and reviewing, Node.js for the owner’s board, Gmail read-only for the inbox, Turso for the cards, and Resend for sending.
