Food in Tune
Food in Tune is the website of a registered dietitian who also runs clinical trials on how food changes blood sugar. It is for people with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes who want clear, research-based advice on what to eat. The site is built and in its final review before launch; the dietitian’s name is left out of this page.
The site opens to search engines once its final review is done.

What the site does
A home page that shows the idea
Blood sugar is tied to food, sleep, stress, movement, and the numbers on a meter. The opening animation draws that link, then each circle leads to its topic. A tap or a key skips it, and visitors who turn motion off see the still version.
A guide ready to sell
The guide sells for $30 through Gumroad checkout, with a 14-day refund. The buy button switches on the day the guide is approved.
Weekly tips without a database
Each tip is a simple text file with a publish switch, sorted into five topics. Nothing appears on the site until it is approved.
A consultation form that asks for little
Requests take only a name, email, state, and a short message, with a reminder not to send medical records. A hidden trap stops spam, and each request arrives by email.
Booking and newsletter ready to switch on
Online booking through Cal.com and a weekly newsletter through Beehiiv are built in. Each one turns on as soon as its account is set up.
Ready for search and AI assistants
Structured data, a sitemap, and an llms.txt file are in place, held back from search engines until the final review is done.

A consultation form that asks only for what it needs

Who the site is for, in the reader’s own words
Built with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS on Vercel. Resend delivers the consultation requests, and Gumroad, Cal.com, and Beehiiv handle checkout, booking, and the newsletter.
