Floora

Most website chat bots either say nothing useful or say something the owner would never sign. Floora is my answer: a shop assistant with a face. She greets visitors, answers their questions from the business’s own product list and guides, and hands anyone ready to buy to the staff. One rule is built in, not just asked for: she never states a price. Here she works as a flooring guide; for another business she gets a new name, look, voice and specialty.

Shown in her first job, as a flooring guide. The store’s name, phone number and web address are blurred.

Floora, an animated assistant in a business suit, opens her arms in welcome and then rests, beside a bubble that says Hi, I’m Floora. Ask me anything about flooring, and an Ask Floora button
Floora greets visitors from the corner of the page. Her moves are short video clips that start and end on the same pose, so they loop without a seam.
A chat about a damp basement: Floora recommends waterproof vinyl plank, tile or engineered wood, explains why carpet and solid wood are poor choices, and suggests fixing the moisture first
A real answer: practical, honest about what will not work, and ending with a next step.
Floora answers Pet-friendly floors: which floors handle pets, which carpet brands are budget-friendly, mid-range or premium, and a nudge to ask the staff about terms
Products described as budget-friendly, mid-range or premium, never by price.
