Case study · Owner dashboard
An owner's cockpit
This is the dashboard I run my own work from every day. It pulls my calendar, customer feedback, website traffic, and AI costs into one screen, and it can reach me by phone when something needs me. It is private, so every name, place, and amount on this page is blurred.
There is no public link: it runs for one owner. The same kind of cockpit can be built around the tools your business already uses.

What it does for an owner
A morning brief on your phone
Every morning at 7:30 a short brief arrives in a private Telegram chat: today’s schedule, the email that needs an answer, yesterday’s website activity, and any customer feedback marked urgent.
Reminders that actually reach you
Any event can get a phone call or a text before it starts. A reminder can also be set away from the desk, by texting the cockpit or calling its phone number.
A phone line that knows your week
Call the cockpit’s number and ask what is on the schedule, whether orders are waiting, or what customers said. It answers from a short briefing the cockpit sends it, which leaves out mail and family on purpose.
One board for what needs you
Replies owed, tests to run, outreach to send, and posts to approve each get their own color. Only urgent items get a dark card, so they are the first thing you see.
AI costs you can see
Spend is read from the providers’ own billing, not estimated, and each provider has a monthly cap. Going over turns its bar red and sends an alert.
Locked by the key, not a promise
Sensitive accounts are connected read-only, so the provider itself refuses any change or delete. Each account has its own key, and anything not marked full access is treated as read-only.

Which tools customers actually use, week by week
Built with Node.js and a single-page dashboard, a Turso database, Telegram for the brief, and Retell for the phone line. It reads Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Analytics, and Search Console with read-only access.
